  Our goal at Miller Enterprises is to offer the trucking professional technical support in terms you can understand. For some of our clients, telling them that “there seems to be an intermittent port voltage issue on COM2 and an alternate port may fix the issue” solves a problem. For most clients however, we break it down to the English language i.e. “unplug that cable and plug it in the other spot that looks like that”. In some cases we can actually make a remote connection to your system to diagnose and repair a problem.

  We are an American Company and proud of it.  When you dial (330)647-1586 you will speak to an English speaking American Citizen.  We will never transfer your call overseas. We do admit that some of our staff may have a southern drawl to our voice. Does this mean we don’t habla español or parlez-vous français? – yep, that’s exactly what it means.

   We are here to help.  We are truck drivers that have learned how to work on computers the hard way.  If we don't have the answer to your question, then we will do our very best to find the correct answer to fix your problem.
